I have seen all the instructions on how to cover your clips and have tried them all myself and it is very difficult to hold the clip and cover it and make it nice and neat every time and if your hand shakes at all, this is very hard to accomplish. Bill designed this when he saw how difficult this was and how long it took to line a clip this way.
