Group Buy UPDATE11/22/10 Our black crown sliders will be coming after the Thanksgiving holiday, this was not a manufacturer error as i first thought, when i got invoiced, i didn't look at the colors so i didn't notice that the black had been omitted on the invoice, so this was totally MY fault for not paying attention!
the Paw sliders will be shipping after the Thanksgiving holidays, there has been issues in China and the shipping ports not having enough room on the planes and a back log of shipments sitting on the docks waiting for transport, its their busy time of year also, so we're all waiting on items.
the animal print baby boots are shipping on the 27th so we should have them by the 1st of Dec and i'll sort and pack and send invoices as quickly as we can on them! i'm so excited!
we got some ribbons in today, the girls are pulling, cutting, rolling and packing and we're just shipping out on our dime this time! we have more coming in after Thanksgiving and we should have all the holiday prints out of here by then, i told them to forget anything else on our order except for the Christmas stuff and get it shipped to us asap as i needed it NOW, that is what they have done. so the other prints in our holiday buy will ship out after those, so everyone will have CHRISTMAS PRINTS!!!!
All the legwarmers have been shipped, the last shipment is leaving there today and we should have them by Monday, we have a lot of shipments due in tom so we will sort, pack and send shipping invoices, we are trying our best to combine anything we can for you guys to save on shipping.
the rosette tops are on the way in, the petti pants are supposed to be on the way in, the bloomers, i can't get a straight answer on those so i may have to do a refund or a credit on them :( there weren't very many that were ordered on these items.
the GERBERS are on the way in, we hit customs problems yet again on the textiles and that is where the delay was and we were not notified of the problem, the factory was but failed to mention this to us :( it happened on the HK side and not the USA side...the rep is trying to get it straightened out and get our shipments out of China!
No update on the peony's except to say that they are working on them!

I got the malibue cowgirl ribbons in stock and the mom/baby giraffe and coordinating ribbons will be here on Friday the brown/white giraffe skin ribbon will be here next week as will the horse head, cow head and those coordinating ribbons
the leg warmers are on the way, they are held in customs on china's side, the factory is sending the info to have them released. this is happening because the courier that is picking up from the factory is pulling the original paperwork out of the boxes and slapping new labels on with no info on contents, factory, fabric content, gender and its being flagged on both the Chinese side as well as the USA side, so we're having to deal with customs at both borders which is causing major delays, i am so sorry for this and the factory is trying to correct the issues on their end.
i have given all the info that i have on our end to dhl everytime its held up for them to keep on file, but they told me today that unless that is all the product that i am bringing into the usa and i'm not importing anything else, it will stay on file, but if i'm importing other goods, that file is deleted and this is why i'm having to give it over and over again :( so there seems to be no solution to the problem we just deal with it as it happens.
mini clips are in, we are sorting and packing now, i have no extras this time. I will send shipping invoices as soon as i get everything packed up and ready to go, pls bear with us, this is a lot of product to sort through, we will work very quickly to get it done.
10/4/10 Just a quick note:
Pettis are in the USA, there was a customs delay as I anticipated and we're working with them to get everything released.
Legwarmers have left China, they got held in customs there, the factory had to do the release but they are just getting back from holiday there, that was the delay there.
Newsboys are on the way in, we should have them this week
We rec'd out 1.5 DRR and have been packing and getting it ready to ship, some is already on the way out the door, i worked all weekend to get invoicing for shipping done and get them labeled for shipping this morning.
Ribbon shipments, we have rec'd 2 of them, waiting on more due in today and this week, so its slow going but they're coming!
Resins are still in production on the popsicles and the tractors.
9/22/10 Ladies, 1. I have been working with our ribbon factory and my rep and we think we have worked out a way to ship our ribbons in without taking on the extra in customs fees! we will be bringing in smaller amounts of ribbon at a time, i already have part of our shipment on the way and more will be shipped on Sunday(their Monday). We think by bringing in smaller shipments of it, we will bypass the extra in customs fees. 2. i contacted Yama and they are not willing to budge on the MOQ per print nor will they work with us on our animal prints where we have so many color combos to just switch out the ribbon color but not the ink or the design :( Our ribbon company will allow us to do that so we can get a lot of color combos. 3. Our pettis and legwarmers should be here by late next week if we are not held up in customs, seems like certain things are hitting customs and are stalling there! Textiles seems to be the major one. 4. Our 1.5 Double Ruffle Ribbon will be here next week also! 5. The zipper flower buy i would like to get it ordered but we are not going to meet moq's on them so the one thing that we can do is drop it down to just 2 styles and fewer colors, so i need thoughts from you guys on that one???
6. I am going to post fills that we need on our Ribbon buy we have up right now so we can get this one closed and this ribbon shipped to us since we have to have it shipped in smaller quantities instead of large shipments.
7. I would like to open the buy for the ribbon sliders, 2" and 4.5" gerbers and animal print ribbons.
This takes care of all of our buys, if i have missed something, pls let me know.

9/15/10 I still have no news, I am so sorry Ladies, I can tell you though that we are currently talking to the rep and our ribbon factory trying to work out something on our ribbons. I have contacted Yama to find out about getting some prints done and their MOQ is 2000 yds per size per color and that is too much stock for me to carry especially on the zebras and our paw prints :( they are not willing to budge at all, i guess they realize they have us over a barrell and that we will have no choice but to bend in their direction. but i'll let you know if we work out anything, i would love to get what we have already paid for without spending additional money. i don't like it when things are out of my hands and we are depending on another country to be quick at things. 9/7/10 we should be hearing something from DHL in the next few days about our shipment reaching port. I filled what i could of the smaller orders from my own stock but the ones that ordered larger quantities i just couldn't fill without placing the order first but if you all remember i had said i was going to have to have them shipped via boat because the response was so overwhelming on the orders and the weight was too much. 9/4/10 update on buys: i have no new news, the buys are all still on track but nothing new to report, sorry ladies, i thought i would have some tracking info by friday :( i'll update if i hear anything new.
08/30/2010 I just got off of IM with our manufacturers! here is the info on our buys:
M2MG RIBBONS: the replacement rep was hard to communicate with because of the language barrier, she didn't ship out the remainder of our ribbons when she shipped the last shipment even though it has been sitting there in the office for shipment. our regular rep just got back and was very upset that they have sat there this whole time when everything has been paid for and just needed shipping info done and sent out so she's taking care of this as we speak now and they'll be ready for DHL pickup.
PETTIS ETC: just got an IM from the manufacturer and these will be shipping out this week, they are finished!!!!!!
LEGWARMERS: these are in production and we should have some info on them in the next couple of days
1.5 DOUBLE RUFFLE: the factory shipped these out via usps, do i need to say anything else? but we should have it by end of the week.
NEWSBOY CAPS: these are being shipped out to us today and we should have them by the end of the week
2" FLOWERS REMAINDER AND REPLACEMENT COLORS: these are completed and finally on the way to us!!!!!!!! i will be so glad to have this buy wrapped up you have no idea!!!
